まずは今日紹介する文章全体。
The ability to study English with native English teachers and enjoying this great city and country, while being much more affordable and convenient than England or the US.
I’d like to introduce both of our schools – International House Bangkok and International House Chiang Mai are Cambridge English accredited Thailand-based language schools with 100% qualified Native English speaking teachers hired directly from our Cambridge CELTA/Delta teacher training centres. We train around 500 teachers in the CELTA every year and select only the top 1% to teach at our schools.
さて、個別に見ていきましょう。

バンコクは、イングランドやアメリカよりも遥かに格安で便利である一方、ネイティブから英語を学びこの素晴らしい国を楽しむことでできるのです。
これ、文ではなく名詞ですね（主語と動詞がない）。日本語でもこのような表現はあるので（名詞にすごく長い修飾語がかかるケース）、気にせず意味を理解することに注力しましょう。

ここでは接続詞、意味は「〜する一方で」。
Affordable
価格が「手が届く」とか「お手軽な」

長い文章ですが、構成はシンプル。最初の下線部が主語、二つ目の下線部が補語。太字のareが動詞です。そして、with以下が全てlanguage schoolの修飾語ですね。

全文を訳すとこんな感じです↓
インターナショナル・ハウス・バンコク＆チェンマイは、タイにあるケンブリッジ・イングリッシュ認定の英語学校です。当校の講師は、全員が（英語教育の）資格を有する英語のネイティブ・スピーカーで、「ケンブリッジCELTA/Delta講師トレーニング・センター」から直接派遣された優れた講師陣です。
